San Diego Italian Film Festival presents feStivale 2024, with the Theme of CORE

The San Diego Italian Film Festival presents its 18th annual feStivale, a showcase of the best new Italian cinema with a series of premieres varying from dramas and comedies to documentaries. The theme of this year’s festival is Core, a play on words between the English meaning, and the Southern Italian word for Heart.

We will be screening feature movies and shorts addressing critical themes relevant to our San Diego audiences related to the essence of being humans: identity, immigration, youth, workplace, inclusivity, gender, race, religion, and more. All while providing an Italian perspective and allowing for dialogues and discovery to take place.

The 18th feStivale will include Q/A sessions, the 6th annual Ristretto Awards (our shorts competition), and the annual feSta: a party with the best in Italian food, live music, and the announcement of the winners of our Ristretto Award, all at the Museum of Photographic Arts at The San Diego Museum of Art and Digital Gym Cinema.

Details of all feStivale 2024 events and films and ticket packages can be found on the website: www.sandiegoitalianfilmfestival.com
